Khau G (Khau Galli US) Quality Guarantee Policy

 

At Khau G, we guarantee the quality, freshness, and food safety of every meal upon arrival. As our products are perishable, we do not offer cash refunds. We focus entirely on making it right with a replacement or credit.

 

1. Guaranteed Resolution (Replacement or Credit)

 

You are eligible for a replacement meal or account credit if:

  • Order Error: You received the wrong item, or your meal was missing a key component that was ordered.

  • Quality/Safety Issue: The meal arrives visibly spoiled, damaged, or was not held at the safe cold temperature (41F) during transit.

  • Packaging Failure: The container leaked or failed, making the meal unfit to eat.

Action: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will verify the problem and promptly apply a credit for the affected meal(s) to your account or arrange a replacement on your next delivery date.

 

2. Non-Eligible Issues

 

We cannot provide a credit or replacement in the following situations, as they are outside of our control:

  • Taste Preference: Credits are not issued if a customer simply dislikes the flavor or spice level of a dish.

  • Improper Storage: The meal was consumed after the recommended Best By date, or it was not stored at the required cold temperature (41F) at the customer's location.

  • Missed Cut-off: Orders or subscription renewals canceled after the posted weekly cut-off time (e.g., Friday 10 AM) are final, as ingredients have already been purchased and preparation is scheduled.
